Comment faire des jeux GBA?

En fait j'ai vu sur un site(http://playeradvance.org/)que l'on pouvait faire des jeux gba(amateurs).
Ma question est donc:
Comment et avec quelle language?

mais tu sais j'ai vu un tutorial pour afficher un point dans l'écran de la gba, c'est pas du gateau ,C'EST PAS GAMEMAKER kill
